ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1 cup oats
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cups goji berries and coconut, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet.
Step 2
Then in a bowl add all the ingredients, (except the goji berries and the coconut) and stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 3
Add granola to sheet tray and bake for ten minutes. Remove from the oven and stir, then bake again for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 5
Finally add the goji berries and the coconut flakes and mix well again. Enjoy!
