ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries, muddled
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 3-6 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust for desired sweetness
- 3/4 cup plain, unsweetened, vegan yogurt
- 2 1/4 cups plain, unsweetened soy milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- Pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Divide all of the ingredients equally between 3 jars or bowls and stir to combine. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Enjoy hot or cold topped with extra yogurt and fresh strawberries.
