- 1 tablespoon harissa
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons water
- 100 grams cooked noodles
Method
Step 1
Start by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Adjust the flavor to your liking.
Step 2
Cook your favorite noodles according to the package instructions and when ready drain the water and transfer them immediately into the bowl with the sauce. Mix well to coat them with the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
