- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 4 ounces boiling water
- 6 ounces almond milk
- 4 tablespoon organic maple syrup
Add water to a kettle and bring to boil.
In a small cup, mug, or jar, mix together one full teaspoon of ceremonial matcha powder with about 4 oz (½ cup) boiled water. Whisk together thoroughly using a small whisk or hand frother.
The temperature should have cooled after whisking. Now add 2-3 ice cubes to bring the temperature to a chill.
Add 3 tbsp maple syrup, and whisk once more.
Add 6 oz (¾ cup) of your preferred almond milk.
