Kheer (indian Rice Pudding) With Granola And Toasted Sesame Seeds

Happy Holi, my friends! Holi is a spring festival celebrated in India and Nepal - it's also known as the Festival of Colors or the festival of sharing love. It's one of the biggest festivals celebrated in India. The Holi festival traditionally celebrates the victory of good over evil. Growing up, we would always make kheer (an Indian rice pudding) on Holi. I made some today using almond milk and topped it with some homemade granola + toasted sesame seeds + dark chocolate. Hope everyone is having a great day!
