  • 1/2 rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • pinch of sea salt

Salted Caramel Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Mix salted caramel sauce together. Add more apple sauce if needed. Lightly grease a ramekin and pour batter 2/3 full. Fill the center with caramel sauce. Cover with rest of batter. Bake for 25 mins at 350F.
