ingredients

  • 1 box Elbow Pasta
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoons Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 3 cups Cheese

Method

  • Step 1

    Place Elbow noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook as the directions say on the box.

  • Step 2

    While the pasta is a cooking, in a bowl add eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, paprika and 2 cups of cheese. Mix together.

  • Step 3

    Once the pasta is done cooking add your pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to combine.

  • Step 4

    Pour your Mac and cheese into a baking dish and top with 1 cup of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes with the lid on your dish then for 15 minutes with the lid off. Enjoy!
