Daily Green Smoothie . . . RECIPE . 3 handfuls of spinach. 1 tsp. Spirulina 1 banana. 1 scoop of protein powder. 1 cup vanilla almond milk. It's actually good, which is usually surprising for green smoothies TBH. . . And I mean it is my DAILY habit. I actually feel a little weird when I don't drink this. It has three HEAPING handfuls of spinach which is more than I care to eat in a salad. I started sneaking greens into Jordan's smoothies too >:) It also has a teensy amount of spirulina in there- which has an incredible amount of vitamins.
