Ingredients:
kale | shiitake mushrooms | soybean sprouts | fresh lemon balm | peanuts | black sesame seeds | sesame oil | tamari sauce | fleur de sel | black pepper

Instructions
1 Clean ingredients (fresh lemon balm, soybean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, kale)
2 Choppe fresh lemon balm, shiitake mushrooms and kale
3 Grind the sesame seeds
4 Combine and massage, in a large bowl, kale, sesame oil and tamari sauce
5 Add remaining ingredients (fresh lemon balm, soybean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, black sesame seeds, fleur de sel, peper) and mix gently with yours hands all the ingredients together
6 Serve
