Adaptogenic Hot Chocolate With Coconut Milk

Adaptogenic Cacao Latte 


1 can coconut milk or 12oz sprouted nut milk

2.5 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil 

1 tbsp raw honey 

1 tsp raw maca powder

1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

1/4 tsp raw vanilla powder 

1 pinch pearl powder

1 pinch Ho Shou Wu powder

Maldon sea salt 



Combine all ingredients in a stovetop pan, starting with the coconut milk; slowly bring to simmer while whisking vigorously to create a foam. Serve immediately, take a moment for gratitude, and enjoy.
