- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup dairy free yogurt
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and all to sit in the fridge overnight.
