ingredients
- 2 pieces of sourdough bread, sliced and toasted
- 2 tablespoons creamy labneh
- 1 avocado, mashed (with lemon juice)
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 15-16 mini mozzarella balls
- drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- sprinkle of sea salt
- pinch of nigella seeds
- small handful of watercress
Method
Step 1
Spread labneh on toasted sourdough slices.
Step 2
Top with mashed avocado, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes & watercress.
Step 3
Serve with a sprinkle of nigella seeds, sea salt flakes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Top with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional).
