ingredients

  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread, sliced and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons creamy labneh
  • 1 avocado, mashed (with lemon juice)
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 15-16 mini mozzarella balls
  • drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • pinch of nigella seeds
  • small handful of watercress

Method

  • Step 1

    Spread labneh on toasted sourdough slices.

  • Step 2

    Top with mashed avocado, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes & watercress.

  • Step 3

    Serve with a sprinkle of nigella seeds, sea salt flakes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Top with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional).
