ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 sheet nori (large size)
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Method

  • Step 1

    Toast seeds in a small skillet over medium low heat with a small drizzle of olive oil until toasted and fragrant.

  • Step 2

    Combine the seeds, torn nori and nutritional yeast in a coffee grinder and pulse just until combined and still chunky.

  • Step 3

    Top on toast with avocado, sprinkle nanami togarashi, more nori, and a drizzle of olive oil (or sesame oil).
