ingredients
- 1 can diced 12 oz can Hereford Corned Beef
- 1 pound (10 ounces) cooked Macaroni
- 2 tabelspoons Butter
- 2 tabelspoons Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Step 3
In a saucepan, add butter and cook until melted. Whisk in flour until combined.
Step 4
Slowly whisk in milk until well combined.
Step 5
Add cheese and keep whisking until sauce is smooth.
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni and cheese sauce.
Step 7
Gently mix in corned beef cubes.
Step 8
Spoon the mix into two lightly oiled mini muffin tins.
Step 9
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 10
Let cool to set up before serving. Enjoy!
