  • 4 fillets of ocean perch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • to taste salt and ground black pepper

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large room temperature egg yolks
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
  • to taste salt

Method

  • Step 1
