ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 banana, halved, to top

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375ºF.

  • Step 2

    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together.

  • Step 3

    Transfer to a greased loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes! Let cool before cutting and serve.
