This Fluffy Banana Bread is refined-sugar free. With 3 bananas and 3 eggs, this loaf of bread is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups almond flour

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) together in the food processor or high speed blender.

  • Step 2

    Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, or sliced banana if you’d like!

  • Step 3

    Bake at 350° for 40-55 min or until a toothpick comes out dry!
