A few weeks ago I spoke about how important planning and batch cooking are for leading a healthy lifestyle (if you missed my tips then message me and I can help you find it)! Here is another lunch that due to batch cooking/prep took me only 2 minutes to make 😱 β€” This was leftover sweet potato and chickpea curry from the blog which I reheated (link to the recipe in bio πŸ‘†). If you haven’t made this curry yet then I highly recommend giving it a go, you will be shocked how simple it is to make and how much flavour it packs.
