This Spicy Peach Margarita Mocktail is made with fresh peach puree, jalapeno simple syrup and non-alcoholic tequila. If you prefer booze, change for regular tequila. With or without alcohol, this sweet and spicy cocktail is the perfect summer drink.

If you are wanting a sugar free alternative to sugar for the simple syrup, be sure to use allulose. This is the only no sugar sweetener that won’t crystallize once stored in the fridge.


Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces non-alcoholic tequila* or regular tequila
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce jalapeno simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree
  • 2-3 ounces sparkling peach water

Peach Puree

  • 1 large peach
  • 1 tablespoon powdered Swerve or your favorite natural sweetener

Jalapeno Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup allulose* or sugar

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the peaches and powdered swerve to a blender. Blend on high for 15-30 seconds or until everything is combined.

Jalapeno Simple Syrup

  • Step 1

    Combine the allulose or sugar, water, and jalapeños to a small saucepan. Stir until everything is combined. Warm over medium-low and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. This process takes about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Pour the sugar mixture through a sieve into a mason jar or jar of choice. Cover with a lid and refrigerate until cool. Throw away the jalapenos or add to your mocktail.

Mocktail

  • Step 1

    To a cocktail shaker, add the peach puree, non-alcoholic tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour over ice and top off with peach sparkling water. Garnish with sliced jalapenos and a peach slice.
