ingredients
- 1 sliced cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1 pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Method
Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees. Add your cauliflower cumin, turmeric and olive oil to a tray and place in the oven to roast for 20 minutes until golden. In a medium sized bowl add your parsley, chives and pomegranate. Once your cauliflower is cooked add it to the bowl and mix to combine.
Step 2
Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and pour on top of the salad.
