ingredients

  • 2 cups whole oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup sultanas

Method

  • Step 1

    Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Add all of the ingredients excluding the dried fruit to a large bowl and mix through. Place the muesli onto the baking tray and spread over the pan.

  • Step 3

    Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden – tossing the mixture every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the dried fruit and mix through.

  • Step 4

    Serve with coconut yogurt and fresh fruit.
