ingredients
- 1 bag Cascadian Farm Frozen Mango
- 1/2 bag Cascadian Farm Frozen Red Raspberries
- 1/2 cup full fat Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Step 2
Blend at full power for 30-60 seconds until smooth, using the tamper if needed. Be careful not to overblend to avoid melting.
Step 3
Enjoy immediately for a soft serve consistency or freeze for an hour or two for a firmer texture.
