ingredients

  • 1/2 pound skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 lemons, sliced plus ¼ cup juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small ramekin, combine garlic powder, small squeeze of lemon juice, honey, mustard, oil and paprika. Mix.

  • Step 2

    In a baking tray lay the lemon slices so they cover the baking tray. Add the salmon fillet on top.

  • Step 3

    Brush the sauce on the salmon so to cover it well, keep 1/3 of the sauce on a side for later.

  • Step 4

    Bake at 390F (200C) for 12 mins.

  • Step 5

    Take the baking dish out and spread the remaining sauce on top of the salmon. Put the salmon under the oven grill for 3-5 mins.

  • Step 6

    Sprinkle chopped parsley and enjoy.
