This creamy  porridge is the perfect thing to fill you up for the day! Topped with bright blueberries and creamy peanut butter, this is a breakfast staple for sure.

Cook time 5mins
Serves or Makes: 1


  • 4 ounces rolled oats
  • 3/ 4 cup water
  • 1/ 3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/ 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/ 4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • pinch of Kosher salt
  • Peanut Butter, for garnish
  • blueberries, for garnish
  • cacao nibs, for garnish


  • Step 1

    In a small pot, combine all ingredients, except for garnishes ,and place over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 2

    Remove from heat, and spoon into serving bowl. Top with garnishes and enjoy!
