These crunchy vanilla chocolate chip balls taste just like cookie dough and are made vegan with almond butter and dairy free chocolate.

Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 scoops plant based protein powder or collagen (optional)
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 vanilla chocolate crunch bar, chopped
  • flaky sea salt, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. If mixture is too loose, add up to another 1/2 cup of coconut flour little by little as needed.

  • Step 2

    Roll into little balls and top with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate and enjoy.
