Chestnut Flour Blueberry Muffins
Tbt to these Chestnut Flour Blueberry Muffins. I used frozen blueberry in these since the fresh ones weren't in season, but I might have to remake them with the fresh organic blueberries I got this week, hailing from Spain, where they grow even in mild winters. Even though I try to stay local, I couldn't resist and besides, Spain is not that far away from Italy right It's like getting Florida oranges in Canada.
