ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 envy apple, chopped
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mash avocado and mix ingredients until fully combined.

  • Step 2

    Serve over greens or in an almond flour wrap.
