Fried egg, kale sautéed with garlic and ghee. Served with Avocado and fresh squeeze lemon. This fresh breakfast bowl is exactly what you need in the morning!

Serves or Makes: 1


  • 1-2 teaspoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 cup kale
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/ 2 avocado, sliced `


  • Step 1

    Add ghee and garlic to a pan and sauté over medium heat until fragrant. Add kale and continue to cook until leaves are tender. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.

  • Step 2

    In the same pan, cook an egg until whites are just set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to plat with kale. Serve with avocado.
