Cherry Tomato Pasta with Lemon Rosemary Chickpeas
Jammy Cherry Tomato Pasta with Crisp Lemon Rosemary Chickpeas. Hands down my (current...my favorites change. often...) favorite pasta. Let me explain. Rosemary oil fried chickpeas (so they are extra crisp + addicting), lemon and linguine pasta, tossed with a “jammy” cherry tomato pasta sauce (fancy burst tomatoes that are really good), kale (...balanced...), and so much garden basil. Add burrata (did you expect anything else?). It's GOOD + ready in under 45 minutes. Best enjoyed on rainy Sunday nights or just any other night from now until October. -@halfbakedharvest
