"Summer blueberry galette ✨✨did a little late night baking last night and remembered that I had berries in the freezer! A nice change from all of the winter apples... Found a few snippets of fresh thyme in the garden to lift the flavour a little. A nice layer of ground almond and sugar under the berries to soak up all of the juices."
