- 1/2 head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Method
Step 1
Bake at 180C for 20-39 minutes or until golden.

- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 2 cups greens (rocket and watercress)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

- 1 cup coconut Greek style yoghurt
- Juice 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup basil, chives, parsley, diced
