  • 1/2 head cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Bake at 180C for 20-39 minutes or until golden.

  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 2 cups greens (rocket and watercress)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup basil, chives, parsley, diced
