ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 ounces Angostura bitters
  • 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
  • Orange twist
  • Luxcardo cherry

Method

  • Step 1

    Muddle the sugar cube (or simple syrup) and bitters at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. Add rye or bourbon whiskey. Stir.

  • Step 2

    Add your ice, then your whiskey. And stir for about 30 seconds to combine and chill. Garnish and serve. Cheers!
