For the Chicken Marinade
- 1 cup Annie's Organic Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large chicken breasts

Caesar Salad Pizza
- 4 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Annie's Organic Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 naan flatbreads
- 9 slices Mozzarella cheese
Method
Step 1
Place all of the chicken marinade ingredients into a large bowl with the chicken and let marinate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Heat your grill to low and add the chicken and any remaining marinade.
Step 2
Grill about 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the grill, let cool, then thinly slice. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Annie’s organic Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese, sliced chicken and toss well. Set aside. Add sliced mozzarella to cover both pieces of naan bread and cook on the top rack of the grill for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Let cool 1 minute and top with the Caesar salad mix. Slice with a pizza cutter, serve and enjoy!
