Meatballs:
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
ingredients
For Sandwiches:
- 4-5 pita breads
- lettuce
- feta cheese, crumbled
- red onion, sliced
- cucumber, sliced
- grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Litehouse Purely Balanced Tzatziki Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing
Method
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 400℉. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine ground chicken, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Form into 1/2-inch sized meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 4
To assemble, place a few meatballs into the pita pocket followed by desired toppings.
Step 5
Drizzle with Litehouse Purely Balanced Tzatziki Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing and enjoy!
