ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cups melted peanut butter
- 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
- 1/8 cups melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cups pomegranate seeds
- 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
Method
Step 1
Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, chocolate and coconut oil. Blend with immersion blender until smooth.
Step 2
Add pomegranate seeds and coconut shreddings on top.
Step 3
Serve with fruit, pretzels, graham crackers.
