ingredients

  • 15 ounces white beans
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender or mixing bowl, and combine into a smooth batter.

  • Step 3

    Fold in mini chips.

  • Step 4

    Press resulting batter into pan and freeze for one hour, refrigerate for longer storage.
