So, today the kids had this 👌🏻 much patience to wait for dinner to be ready 😱[ ] I had to come up with something made in the blink of an eye!! [ ] Thank God for one pan dinners full of flavour with @veggiesmadeeasy Broccolini® 🙏🏻[ ] 2 Tbsp Butter 2-3 cloves garlic 1 Pack Mann's Beoccolini® 1 Splash avocado oil Sea Salt Pepper Fresh parsley [ ] 1. Place cast iron skillet in oven and preheat to 450F. 2. Pat dry chicken breasts and generously salt and pepper both sides. 3. Crush garlic and add to small pot with butter and melt butter. 4. Add chicken breasts to smoking hot skillet, add Broccolini® and pour garlic butter over everything. 5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and let rest for approx. 5-8 mins 6. Serve, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy! They are sooo yummy!! 1 bag Mann's Sweet Potato Ribbons 4 cups baby spinach 4 eggs 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 cup grated gruyere or Swiss cheese 1 Tbsp chopped parsley 1. Sauté sweet potato ribbons & spinach for 5 mins. 2.
