ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2/3 plant based milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauli-rice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a mason jar or other airtight container and stir to combine.

  • Step 2

    Let sit in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight. Make sure to give it another stir and add your toppings before eating.
