ingredients

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 tablespoon gluten free flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut your carrots into fry shapes and add them to a bowl with the avocado oil and seasonings. Toss the carrots until generously coated. Evenly spread the carrots onto the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked and crispy (every oven may be different so keep an eye on them after the 30 minute mark)

    I served mine with a quick sauce of Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha and chili powder
