  • 1 bag baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grab a pot, fill 3/4 of the way with water, add potatoes and bring to a boil.

  • Step 2

    Boil for about 10-12 minutes or until fork tender and then drain. Make sure the potatoes are dry, add them to a boil with the avocado oil and seasonings, then mix.

  • Step 3

    Add the potatoes to the baking sheet. Using the bottom of a glass, gently press down on each potato until flattened. Brush the tops with oil and bake for 30-33 minutes or until crispy.
