- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter of choice
- 1 tablespoon date syrup
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup Cascadian Farm Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
Method
Step 1
Mix the Greek yogurt, nut or seed butter, date syrup, and cocoa powder until well combined to create a mousse.
Step 2
Add half of the mousse to a parfait glass. Top with half of the granola.
Step 3
Repeat by adding the rest of the mousse, then a final layer of granola. Enjoy!
