1/2 cup butter, softened or melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup cane sugar
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup almond flour
2 tbsp tapioca starch
2 tbsp Vitamix Holiday Spice Seasoning
Optional: sprinkles, chocolate chips, candy cane pieces
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8″ x 8″ glass baking dish with butter or oil.
Place eggs, butter, vanilla and cane sugar into a Vitamix blender and secure lid. Blend on low for 15 seconds.
Add in cacao powder, almond flour, tapioca and Vitamix Holiday Spice Seasoning.
Blend for another 20-30 seconds or until well mixed
Pour batter into baking dish. (Optional: Top with sprinkles, chocolate chips and candy cane pieces.)
Bake 17-20 minutes until the centre is fully cooked. Let cool and enjoy!
