Sunday 9am and #grainless meal prep complete?✨?? Okay, I actually did most of it yesterday because I was so excited to get cooking in my new kitchen, but it feels great having it out of the way to enjoy the day (or rather studying and working on @thisisvibetribe). Healthy eating isn't hard, but it does require planning. Take a few hours out of your day to plan, shop + prep. It will save ton of time during the week ahead! Spinach Chicken Stuffed Peppers @officalfarmboy chimichurri chicken Roasted broccoli Caramelized Brussels sprouts with turkey bacon Spinach salad Hard boiled eggs Chia pudding - matcha, vanilla cinnamon and salted cacao tahini (made unsweetened but ill post the recipe with both options) Cut up lemon to easy add to water. #goinggrainless
