Ingredients

5 oz baby spinach

1 6 oz container fresh raspberries

1 cup diced roasted butternut squash

1 pear, sliced into wedges

1/2 cup blue cheese

1/2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced

1 avocado, thinly sliced

1 cup toasted walnuts

1 cup shredded radiccio

Kale Tahini Dressing, for serving

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large platter. Top with kale tahini dressing and serve.
