ingredients
- 2/3 cup any nut butter
- 1/2 cup apple purée
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup plant based milk
- 1/4 cup sweet potato flour
- 1/8 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips, to top
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, to top
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined.
Step 3
Transfer the batter to the prepared baking tray and top with the coconut sugar and chocolate chips. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
