Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1/3 cups raw walnuts
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • Flaky salt, to top

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender or food processor, blend the walnuts and maple syrup and smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add the almond flour and cacao powder, and knead until a dough forms.

  • Step 2

    Press into a 8x8 inch springform pan lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then cut into 9 squares.

  • Step 3

    In a microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate in the microwave in increments until melted. Pour over the brownies and top with flaky sea salt.
