- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teasopon baking soda
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
Step 2
Cream together sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Add eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Sift flour and baking soda together and add to the butter-egg mixture.
Step 3
Once well incorporated, form into ball, one inch apart on a baking sheet and flatten with the back of a fork making a crisscross pattern. Bake 10 minutes. The edges should start to brown and the middle still a b it firm
