ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 3 ripe Haas avocado
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 15 ounces mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Whisk the red vinegar with the salt until it has melted in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and garlic clove and mix well

  • Step 2

    Add the avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, and parsley and toss.

  • Step 3

    Season freshly black cracked pepper
