Wild Blueberry Acai Refresher Smoothie! 1 cup Rooibos Vanilla tea chilled, 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, powder from 2 ACAI Berry capsules from @organicburst, 1 tsp. baobab powder from @organicburst, and a couple of fresh mint leaves. Great for skin and immune health.

Just what I needed after five days away from home. It's absolutely delicious!! The yummiest bowl of goodness. Short grain brown rice (see previous post for spices added), cannellini beans, roasted buttercup squash, black olives, nutritional yeast, toasted sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, fried capers and some fresh basil. Warm superfood bowl 👉🏼 @organicburst 1 tbsp. maca, 1/2 cup organic pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup oat milk, 1 cup soaked overnight oats, handful of pecans, 1 persimmon, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and dash of nutmeg. Add all ingredients to a pot and on low heat warm it up. Top it off with persimmon, extra cinnamon and enjoy! 😋 Happy Halloween! 👻🎃
