Christmas Chia Porridge

This little Chia bowl reminds me of how we should take a break from all the heavy eating during Christmas- and it looks perfect!
Is it too early for dessert Because I think I can eat this Christmas chia porridge for breakfast, lunch and dinner... And dessert of course. If you want to give it a try, I've published a Danish recipe at Frk. Kræsen and an English at My Nordic Food Tales. -@frokenkraesen

Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 cups rice milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of cardamom

pinch of ground cloves

1/3 cup heavy cream

2 oranges

1/2 deseeded pomegranate

Directions:

Mix rice milk and chia seeds.

Add honey, cardamom, ground cloves and cinnamon. 

Mix together and put in fridge for 2 hours. 

Whip the cream. 

Add to the cold chia porridge and mix together. 

Serve the porridge with pomegranate seeds and oranges.
